Frequently Asked Questions
How do I sign in to Game Center? ▼
Stacko uses Apple Game Center to save your scores to the global leaderboard. To sign in:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Scroll down and tap Game Center.
- Sign in with your Apple ID.
- Re-open Stacko — your scores will sync automatically on launch.
If you don't have a Game Center account, you can still play normally — leaderboard sync simply won't be available.
My score didn't sync to the leaderboard ▼
Score sync requires an active internet connection and a valid Game Center session. Try the following steps:
- Verify you're signed in to Game Center (Settings → Game Center).
- Check your internet connection.
- Force-close Stacko and re-open it — sync runs automatically on launch.
- If the issue persists, contact us with your score and device model.
How do I turn off sound? ▼
Tap the speaker icon visible on the home screen or during gameplay to toggle sound on or off. Your preference is saved automatically and persists across sessions.
The game crashed — what should I do? ▼
We're sorry about that! Crash reports are sent automatically to help us fix issues quickly. To resolve it:
- Force-close the app and re-open it.
- Make sure your iOS version is up to date.
- If crashes happen consistently, send us a message describing what you were doing before the crash, along with your device model and iOS version.
How do I delete my data? ▼
Stacko stores only local game stats on your device (high score, total games played, sound preference). To remove this data, simply uninstall the app.
Leaderboard scores stored in Game Center can be managed through your Apple ID settings. We do not collect or store any personal information on our own servers.
